(1) The local body shall carry out the necessary investigation on the documents and details received with the application as per rule 10.

(2) The necessary documents and details shall be submitted during the investigation on the documents and details received as per sub-rule (1). If it is not found, the applicant concerned to submit such documents and details shall be notified within seven days from the date of submission of the fifteen day deadline application.

(3) For the local body to give notice of deadline for submitting any documents and details as per sub-rule (2). After receiving such documents, if the local body deems it appropriate to grant approval after conducting the necessary investigation, the local body shall issue a permit to the applicant within thirty days in the format as per schedule-2 after taking the fee determined by the local body. (5) When the local body issues a permit, it may arrange for separate permits for commercial and non-commercial waste management. (6) The term of the permit will be five years. .
